    I am writing this mainly to vent a bit of frustration and also wandering if anyone has experienced the same thing. My op is tomorrow at the Fitzroy, and I must say, the day before my op, I am extremely disappointed with my patient co ordinator. When I first started going through this process, my patient co ordinator couldn’t do enough for me. She text me as soon as I left my initial consultation, she answered any questions almost immediately and she really made me feel like I had made the right decision going forward. However, since I have had my surgery booked, it’s been near impossible to get a reply from her, even tried ringing both clinics that she works at and left messages, but with no response. And now, the day before my operation, my admission time has been changed, and I am trying to speak to her to clarify a few points, and have had the following response; ‘Ring the clinic.’ To say I am disappointed is a HUGE understatement. This is one of the biggest decisions I have ever made, and I do not feel that for the amount of money that I have just paid out, that I am getting the support that I am entitled to. I don’t know if any of you girls have any words of support, or have been through something similar, but if you have I would love to hear it.

    oh hun :(! sorry to hear this, has your times changed by much? id try and ring your surgeon and or the hospital and say you want clarification! After tomorrow you will be fine, you are nervous/excited and its a big change! All us girls are here to help you out and offer advice 🙂 good luck sweetie xo

    I haven’t seen my PC since the first consultation, before meeting my surgeon. I had to see a different one after seeing my surgeon and I booked and paid there and then and that was 5 weeks ago, haven’t heard anything since! the receptionist sent me my care plan which I signed and returned. but I hear everyone raving about how great their PC was. if you ask me the PC’s are a complete waste of money for the company because ive not had a personal service in the slightest.

    I’ve had pretty much the same Hun. Really struggled to get anything out of my pc since booking date and paying deposit. I imagine I’ll hear from her when the rest of the balance is due and nothing else. Have had to go straight to the clinic rather than through her to get info. Not received care plan yet but I dunno if that’s because op isn’t until end of June? You’re defo not on your own with being unhappy!

    Tbh the organising isn’t great. My BA day I dint even get any food

    I can’t usually get hold of people suppose it’s because they’re the most popular cosmetic surgery places in the UK x
