    Hey … I know I can’t use deodorant or moisturisers before op, but is it ok to shower with normal shower gel or does it have to be a special one. Can anyone advise pls? X

    Hiya I think it should say in all your info that u got at your first consultation… I think u can use a plain/u scented no special fruity one but don’t take my word for it lol I can’t remember what I did cos my op was 9 months ago now! Goes so fast

    hey hun,
    i was recommended to use a Cidal soap which is a special anti bacterial soap 🙂 and its good to use after! whens you op hun ? xx

    Hey..my op is Friday 29th @ fitzroy, I’m also having an uplift, so I’m in overnight as well. I bought some sanex shower gel, didn’t know if that would be ok! X

    I read that Hibiscrub shower gel / wash is the best thing to use pre surgery. It’s around £5 a bottle in Boots.
