    Hi all, I have just booked in for surgery at end of this month, I’m currently 5ft 2inch with 34a chest… I’m wanting a fake look D cup post surgery but I’m unsure if I’ll achieve this… Basically iv booked to have fake look tearshape implants either 345cc or 390cc…. Can anyone who’s had surgery please advise me that tearshaper implants will give a rounded (at top) fake look and which size would look better (345/390cc) and if anyone’s had the surgery that I’m after with these implants have any pics I’d be great full to see there results…. Thanks guys xxx

    I always thought rounded was the fake look and teardrop was the natural look? As teardrop gives less volume at the top compared to a round which is the same volume all the way round.

    Hey chick teardrop are natural looking shape they are bottom heavy and not much on top there not really used that much these days but when they are there just used on girls that have problems and can use round implants x if your after fake looking implants you need round high profile implants have you told them wot look you wAnt ? X

    This the T shape implants as u can see the bottom of it is bigger and top bit is so the you won’t get the round fake look at the top it all falls to the bottom Breast x

    Yes I heard tear drop are for the natural look . I have extra high profile and they actually don’t look ” fake ” but I started with very saggy boons so it really depends what you have.

    As for CC u been offred there isn’t much diffrence in the two sizes they will both take you to the same cup size but bigger CC will be just few 45g fuller there 150cc per cup sizes 1cc = 1g or 1ml x

    Jenny I had a uplift to mine rounds look fake if I have good bra on I think me n you are not at our full fill with CC which would give us the big round fake look ️xx

    Hey thanks very much for all the advice, I think I’m deffo going to go back to surgeon now and hopefully its not too late to change the style of implant I want (as the clinic said they were ordering them Friday jst gone) best wishes to everyone 🙂 xxx

    There not chick they are not used much now days as they coursed to many problems with flipping turning round sagging there used in small cases for girls that can’t round you may find 3 girls max on here if your lucky with T -Drop implants but there is no way your going to get the fake look with them x

    Mush is right Hun to get the fake look rounds are a must. I have high profiles my placement is partials as o didn’t have enough breast tissue to have overs. But with a good bra I can get the fake look and they look half way between fake and natural when I have nothing on x
