    Does anyone know when you can go swimming after having op?!

    They told me 6 weeks for exercise and 8 weeks for swimming! But i think it all depends on how well the incisions have healed at your 6 week post op appointment x

    I’ve got a spa day booked for my bday! I’ll be 4 weeks post op :/ do you think that would be ok!

    I couldn’t have a proper soak in the bath till 8 weeks so not until then was I okay to swim. It’s definitely 6 weeks plus x

    @rachel I’d really wait Hun!! You don’t want to risk anything happening if your only a few weeks po!!! Speak to them when you next have your check up though 🙂 xx

    I rang and the nurse said 6 week. But after being so careful I dont want to risk it so will book in maybe at 10 week po.
    Sarah that may be a bit won judging on what the nurse said?
