    Hi girls

I am not booked with mya i booked with transform but have found this site so helpful! I have to go to manchester for the op, i live at sunderland !

I was advised to take vitamin c weeks before and arnica 48 hours before and for a couple of weeks after to reduce swelling but to be honest i’ve heard arnica is a load of rubbish!!

Feeling really nervous now, i’m having a BA, a modified uplift and an areola reduction!!

    Good luck for wednesday xxx

I took arnica before I had my nose done a year ago and I had absolutely no bruising. I asked MYA if they would recommend me taking them for my BA and they said they really wouldn’t recommend arnica as it can thin the blood… xx
