I’m 2 weeks post op and my nurse told me to try it as long as I’m comfortable but still keep a little bit elevated. However I did add another pillow again the other night as I had quite a bit of swelling and stiffness after sleeping laid down. I know sleeping more upright does usually reduce/keep swelling at bay. Hope you’re healing well!

I keep finding I go to sleep propped up and wake up completely flat. Not finding it’s causing any problems though and I’m only day 3 po. Xx

I have that sometimes too! And when I do wake up flat I proper know about it, I tend to feel all sore and uncomfy for most of the day, whereas I don’t if I manage to stay upright.
