    When can I stop sleeping upright, I’m 2weeks post op now and my back is in half also annoying carrying my v pillow back and forth and boyfriends haha 😂

    Hiya Lauren. At my check up which was 8 days post op the nurse told me I can sleep lying down as soon as I feel ready to. I’m now 12 days po and I’m sleeping with two pillows and my v pillow. I can’t lie completely flat yet because I can’t get back up again!! X

    Aw thanks god I’ve had enough of it, I’ve woke up couple times flat so much easier xxx
