    Hi all lovely ladies…

So I have my surgeon consultation tomorrow, I am beyond excited. I cannot wait to finally get the ball rolling.

First question – exercising, I am so scared of getting a bit chubby, I exercise a lot and do not want to lose my stamina. When did you roughly start doing light exercise? I know not to lift weights, but I would like to keep fit still.

Also, How long roughly was it between your surgeon consultation and your actual surgery? I want to fit it in as soon as possible due to work commitments. Was anyone waiting for months?

Thank you Ladies! I hope you’re all happy with your results!

@helen018 They offered me a surgery date which was 3 weeks after my initial consultation and also at a discount because there was a space that needed filling! I ended up having it 5/6 weeks after because I had to give work 1 month’s notice for holidays and had holidays booked etc.

I had my BA in London Fitzroy on Saturday morning so now day 4 post-op and going for a light walk later. I think as soon as you feel ready it’s good to get up but important not to carry anything or put any pressure on your arms as the scars and stitches are still healing! Also the bandages are so tight you feel yourself running out of breath easily!

    Good luck 🙂

Hi girls, thank you for this! This is helpful! I am quite nervous as there seems to be quite a lot of negative feedback at the moment. I still want it done. I am currently around a 34a, probably smaller but I am too embarrassed to go get measured! I want to aim for a C cup, keep in proportion with my body. I hope.it goes well!

Hi Helen 🙂 I’m 9 days PO and also very active, I feel like I’m putting on weight already! Haha my surgeon said I could do light leg exercises after 3 weeks and then back to light training at the gym after 6 but no heavy chest exercises for about 6 months. I’m personally going to wait until the 6 weeks is over and then start as a beginner back at the gym as I want to make sure I don’t rush anything and 3 more weeks won’t make much difference 🙂 I’m just trying to really concentrate on my diet at the moment.
Also to your comment regarding negativity, I was thinking the same and got really worried! But just remember this is mainly a forum to voice concerns and ask questions so it’s going to show more negativity/worries etc than anything else 🙂 I hope this helps, feel free to add me and I’ll be putting up pics soon 🙂 and good luck! Xx
