Bulge beneath incision? Started by: Emily

    Hi all I just wondered if any of you had experienced this as not sure what it is?
    I’m 2 weeks post op now and have developed like a bulging line beneath my incision ( see pic).
    I don’t know if it’s related but Iv also had
    Like shooting nerve pain in my shoulder on the same side, if a certain point on my shoulder is touched it is literally like lightening bolts through my arm- but there’s nothing visible there.
    Anyone had anything similar or know what it is?

    Hi yeah I got this too! It’s nothing to worry about its just your veins getting used to the new pressure on them or something. I had exact same thing and went to see my nurse and she said its noting to worry about it will go away in a week or so xxx

    Hey Hun, I’ve got a bulge under my right incision that hasn’t healed aswell as the left. It’s got a nasty scab on it, and it’s a lot lower than my right, so I’m hoping the bulge is swelling not my implant.. I’ve got pics on my profile xx
