Hey Hun mod plus is a projection you have different projections- moderate , moderate plus, high profile, ultra high profile, they are wider but flater or thinner but thicker ! Unders just means it’s being placed under the pectoral muscle, partials are placed partly under the muscle and overs are placed over the muscle!! Hope that makes sense (projection means how far outwards the implant comes forward from your chest) xx

Yes they will decide placement and advise projection depending on what you want to achieve xx
