Hey Hun, I was told not to lift anything that weighs more than a kilo for approx 2 weeks.. No lifting my arms above my shoulder height..No one has OCD more than me, but unfortunately you just gotta grin and bear it for a while.. .. it really isn’t worth risking your healing.. you might feel great, but you are still really fresh PO so its just not worth it.. I had no pain, full movement of my arms from day 1 but I’m 4 wks PO and still not lifting anything heavy, shopping etc.. Just take it easy… you really don’t want to risk it… Just think of how much you’ve wanted nice boobies.. xxxxx
