    My nurse said that I could at 2 weeks but I’m still worried to at 3 weeks post op! Scared something will happen! When did you start lying on your backs/ sides again? Xx

    I went from sat upright to gradually reclining. I was aloud to sleep on my side 4/5 weeks post op.

    I slept on my side from about 1 week PO and can now sleep on my back at 17 days PO.

    As long as you are comfortable you should be fine xx
