I’m 1 week post op on Wednesday. My new hula hoop is arriving on Thursday, can I use it? Technically I’m only using my stomach muscles. I’m starting to feel like a slob not being able to go for a run or go the gym 🙁 xxx
Personally I’d keep well away from anything that exerts too much energy for at least 4 weeks. I can’t wait to get back with the horses but I’m waiting until my 6 week checkup before I even go riding. Xx
