Hiya your surgeon decides weather they go under or over if you have no boobs or little muscle they tend to go under and if you have a bit of boob befor hand hey tend to go over from my research Mr traynor likes to use high profile unless there is a reason he can’t your sats are very similar to mine I’m about 5ft7 but I only weigh about 8st at the most and I have gone for 400cc hi profile unders as that was the biggest he would let me have im a 32A now hoping to achieve D/DD , but I will keep you updated 🙂 x x
