    Hi, I am really keen on having my breasts enlarged and have been for a long time now. I am a 32B currently and not happy with them at all. Its affecting my confidence and also having an impact on my shopping habits. I feel like I cannot wear a lot of the fashionable clothing that is around at the minute. Ideally I would like to be a DD or an E however after looking at the forum I feel a little confused. Would this be too big for my body? I am 5ft 5in and weigh 8st 5lb. I have found myself hovering over the free consultation button a few times today but I am unsure what this would entail. If anyone could give me some advice that would be great.

    Hi I was a size b before having children now an a my op is booked and my houses are 375 or 400 which should get me to a dd although implants have differ t results on everyone so no one can be hundred percent on exactly what size you will be .i weigh 8 2 and weigh 5 3 and am size 6 or 8 if that helps . Some surgeons will only suggest you go up 2 to 3 cup sizes at a time .it affects the clothes I wear too I’m paranoid about low cut tops and things and just wanna be able to wear the clothes I want to wear which is why I’m more determined than ever to get my op now .     Something else to remember is umants weigh more than natural breasts so for eg if you turn out to be a dd cup you will look around a d cup

    Hey. Firstly your size wants don’t sound unreasonable at all. I’m 5 ft 3, 8 stone 3 and have just had 450cc implants which I’m hoping will take me to a 34e. I originally had 350cc implants and this gave me a 34dd. The reason I have had them changed is because they were pip implants ( an old implant used years ago that have been found to rupture). First i researched surgeons, i went wirth Mr Traynor on the back of a few friends reccomendations and also because i know he likes the natural look. I met with him, and he told me what size to go for etc. I then booked my surgery date for about 3 wks later. I had my surgery on Wednesday and everything has been great.     Thank you for all the info! It has been really helpful. One of the things I have been concerned about is having the surgery and then wishing I had gone bigger. A 32E would be perfect however I totally get what you are saying about not being 100% sure on the size after surgery as everyone is different. I think maybe the best thing for me to do is to book a consultation and see what they say. I think my closest clinic is Leeds. It is really reassuring to hear that your surgery went well. Thanks x

    Really? Can you choose who you have or do you get given a surgeon? Which is the best for breast enlargements there? Or are they all the same? x

    I got to chose . I’m having me Mounir and he operates at Preston there’s also Mr kazazzi that some ladies love he just wouldn’t go up to the size that I wanted x

    Ah okay thats good to know, Thanks. Yeah I have read a lot about Mr Kazazzi and people seem to be really happy with him but if he wouldnt go to the size you wanted then I get that. I still have a lot to research I think and also need to finance them ha! hoping to have them within the next 6 months… Fingers crossed!     I am only 4ft 11 and 7 and a half stone. At the moment I am a 32A. I am struggling on deciding what size as a want bigger obviously but I don’t want them to look stupid as I am so short. I was thinking D to DD but I’m worried now they may not be big enough. But also if u went to an E would they be too big. I have an appointment on Wednesday night with Mr traynor. Please can someone help me x
