    Hi ladies, literally just got home from surgery, when can I start using my ice packs? Xx

    Hi I’m one week now its been horrific for me so glad I’m feeling better now I tried to use the ice packs and it gave me shooting pains so I turned to a warm hot water bottle and just lay it across the top of my chest what a difference helped loads xx

    I did hun cos from the minute I got home I’ve been in agony honestly and couldn’t move, the warm not hot hot water bottle has helped me loads brung my swelling down loads and I can move xx

    Everyone is different but this is my experience and it’s helped me ive been stuck on the sofa all week xx
