You have your pre op at Mya with a nurse it’s the usual things like blood pressure lots of medical questions then you will be given cotton buds to swab up your nostrils and your armpits to test for mrsa she will also take your before pics at pre op it’s all pretty simple nothing scarey at all and the Mya nurses are lovely too , I’m not sure on how long before surgery you have it mine was a week but it all happend so fast for me I’m guessing 6 weeks before would be a good time as if there are any probs with any results or any issues you have plenty of time to sort them And your op won’t be prosponed x x
