    Does your sports bra have to be high impact and tight on you I’m wearing the m and s with front zip fastener can I just wear a plain normal non tight sports bra or do I have to be tight

    I would definitely recommend a MACOM. They’re made for breast augmentations x

    You can wear the m&s one I’ve got that one yes it has to be high impact and they are quite tight to hold ur boobies x

    Does it have to be the high impact tight when can I change and wear normal sports bra as I’ve only got one m and s sports bra so I’m forever washing it x
