Finance ID trouble :-( Started by: Allana

    Has anyone had finance cancelled after being accepted? Mine was approved then because my ID was found unsuitable it has been cancelled. The service is closed so I can’t ring until tomorrow but I’ve already paid the deposit to pay 4 later . I feel sick with worry as I’d got my hopes up so much 🙁 xx

    They asked for ID card or passport or drivers licence. I uploaded citizenship card which is accepted everywhere usually, as it didn’t give me a precise reason after rejecting ID and asked me upload again, which I did however this cancelled my application . I’ve paid £500 deposit to them. I just hope it can be refunded xx

    I think it can be babe sure you have 7 days for a refund, or see if you can call them and ask what else they’d like to see, good luck x
