Hi I think they mean personal care plan it’s just a briefing of your surgery and the date etc you have to sign it to say you agree. The email took a few hours to come through I had to contact my PC and asked her to send it again to another email address xx
Thankyou. Do they give you your admission time on it or will they tell me that closer to the time my op date is 21st of October. I have text her saying I haven’t got it so hopefully she will send me another email. xx
No you will get your admission time closer to the date it’s usually a few days before. Just keep refreshing your emails or try going on it on the computer instead of your phone if you haven’t tried that it might be in your junk your welcome 🙂 xx
