Make sure u take your sports bra and a top that zips or buttons up the front to put on after. They give u all your anti biotics and pain killers after. Mr Traynors amazing by the way xx
Arnica is a herbal medicine for bruises and it does work. Xx

@zoemaria I don’t think we need take anything else, oh and a pillow for the car journey home… it’s just the stuff for at home like the v-pillow that I need to get sorted
I think we will find out back end of next week hun, are you excited? I am but also very nervous haha xxx
@becca1994 yeah am so excited just can’t Waite to see the end result. Not looking forward to the after bit but will be all worth it. Al have to come see you whe. Am down there xx
Hi I’m booked in with the hospital group on the 9th of November they suggest the arnica tablets to take 2 weeks before to help reduce swelling and bruising. Iv ordered some off line. Heard some where to take drinks like lucozade or water for the drive home too hope this helps. So excited!!! Xx
I had Mr Traynor on 30th Sept. Cant tell you how great they look, he has done an amazing job. I started using arnica tablets after a week (after my first check up with the nurse). My swelling hadn’t gone down at all, but using them it went down really quickly, after about 4 days the swelling was pretty much gone. I was given mixed reviews on them but they worked for me. Definately take a pillow for the car. A V-pillow for home is brilliant too. Make sure you have paracetamol & ibuprofen at home for when the co-codamol you get given runs out. Hope this helps x
@becca1994 mines not till one yours will be all done by then. Hope a see you there are you a day case xx
@becca1994 really you will be starving by then ?. Yeah am glad it’s later so a dont have to get up super early. Yeah am a day case too xx
