    Hi girlies,
    So I’m now waiting to have my uplift done, in 3 weeks time then getting my implants in 6 months once I’ve had time to heal. I’m just wondering how you wash your hair ect for the first month or so and what I will be limited to doing…

    What size are you now? I’m having my uplift in March no implants as been advised not to xx

    sorry about you having no replies
    if you have had help already sorry for messaging but with an implant you cant heavy lift you cant drive you can lift you arms above your head you cant sleep properly and you cant bend over for too long i found this out while trying to wash my hair bent over using the shower head , thats the only way to do it i had to get my partner to wash my hair while i was bent over the bath it hurt my back but i needed to wash my hair i used dry shampoo for a while but eww i had to clean my hair for real you also cant do any cleaning or hoovering it hurts your back so much !
