    Blimey! Had my op Sunday and today the aching has really kicked in! Feel like I’ve done a full hour of body pump….. Just the chest track! The ‘day after, the day after’ isn’t just for gym classes!! ? Xx

    @Rachel ho hon..was it you that’s asked about the pink and black bra? If so I can’t open the message…this crappy Web page! I got the bra from asda…they’re only £6! …I was recommended on here…I’d by one…wait for swelling to go down afyer 3 weeks or so then buy another xx
