I think you should be fine, I’m one week two days now and feel so much better. But still restricted movement in my arms and I’m so glad I took a full 2 weeks off. You may find it hard to put pressure on your arms if that makes sense xxx

Are you having overs or unders?
I know everyone heals at different rates but I had unders 12 days ago and I still can’t move my arms properly! I cant stretch my arms out in front of me and put pressure down. If you’re having unders, it may be worth taking a bit more time off just in case.
But if you’re having overs, the healing process is much faster though and you’ll probably be fine!

Hey! I had partials two days ago and have no restrictions with my arms! I can move around absolutely fine!! I’m trying not to do too much as I have been told not to lift etc but I feel I could do a lot more easily!! Just try not to over do it xxxx

Hi I’m a hairdresser and have been told 11 days even if unders will be enough time off work!! I’m not convinced after reading some of the recovery stories I do back to back clients all day with my arms pretty much 90 degrees 80% of the time…… ???
