    I’m about to order a Macom sports bra, however i’m unsure of what size to buy as it’s a little bit expensive i want to make sure i buy the right size, does anyone know what the best size to order is? How do you work it out? Thank you xxx

    @naomi you just order your back size as the cups expand to your boob. I was a 34a before so bought a size 34 and I’m wearing it now and it fits perfect xx

    I’ve seen loads of people say go a size up so if you’re usually 30 go for 32 and so on but I haven’t had my op yet so I haven’t been able to test if that’s right.. I’m so worried that it will either still be too small or too loose. I’m keeping an eye out on eBay cos they are so expensive aren’t they ??

    They say go up a back size because you have soo much swelling and you don’t want the band rubbing on your insisions, I’m 32 back and I’ve actually had to go and buy a 36 because they’re way too tight on my incisions since I’ve had my plasters off! But I have had a lot of swelling xxx

    I’m a 32 back sometimes a 34 and I ordered a small and it fits perfectly, I think it depends on how people feel comfortable they say go up a back size because it might rub on the incisions but it hasn’t rubbed on mine even after I got my strapping off xx

    asda ones are good too for first few weeks then i swapped over to macom normal back size cause macom hurt me for first few weeks think where i was swollen xxx

    I got mine from marks and Spencer asda and Matalan. I got told my the nurse to buy these ones no one ever mentioned macom to me I didn’t know what they were! The asda ones are the best for me 🙂 xxx

    Asda have no more in stock 🙁 boo! There so cheap as well. I brought a normal zip up sports bra, but i want the actual post op bra, what size did you get from asda just incase they come back in stock.? also was this the one you brought? photo attached xx

    I got 3 different sports bras from asda. They’re not actually a post op bra just high impact sports bras 🙂 I got told they don’t have to be actual post op bra and I didn’t have time to order online so I just bought what I could find in the shops. Most of mine zip up at the front and they’re really easy to get on and off just make sure you don’t buy them with a wire xxx
