How many days post op are u Mandy? It’s hard for me to sit up from lay down with the stiffness first thing in a morning xx

I am coming up to 7 days post op tomorrow and I am all good pain wise it’s just the mornings, I have to grab paracetamol straight away! So so stiff and painful! The urge to lay on my side aswell is killing me! I think I must have tried to do it in my sleep cos I woke up with a sharp pain! Nightmare! Xx

Lauren I am 10 days post op today. I just keep thinking now everyday they are one day further heeled. The sensations are definitely unpleasant. On top of that I need a good nights sleep. This propped up business is killing me. The feeling in them always tells me If i have slipped too far down the bed though. The tightness this morning only lasted for seconds.

I tried to sleep flat last night at 11 days post op and it caused swelling and was really stiff, ended up putting my pillows back in the middle of the night xx
