I’m 7 weeks post op and had my first session back in the gym today, felt great to be able to train again, even though it was only light training. But my boobs do feel abit sore afterwards and I had a few light shooting pains in one boob while I was on the bike, anyone know if this is normal? I only did a few leg machines and light cardio on a bike.
I was told from 6 weeks post op cardio and leg weight training was ok but no upper body weight training unless 3 months post op. Does anyone know when it’s ok to start using the rowing machine again? I think it may be from 3 months post op as it is upper body resistance training but I forgot to ask my PS this question x x
