Hi Emma, what size are you hoping to achieve? You will be limited by what size you can have based on your breast width diamter but only your surgeon will be able to give you that information once he measures you. I had 450cc overs from a 32b/30c which are a fairly big size. I’m around a 32F at the moment (5 days post op) I had HP and they were the biggest I could have in HP. Any bigger and I would have needed UHP because they would have been too wide otherwise. I think mine look semi-augmented (what I asked for) but they’re only a few days old so I think they will look more natural as time goes on. I think ‘natural’ is quite subjective though so it’s hard to advise you really. I would take photos of what you like/don’t like to your surgeon to give him a clear idea of your preferences.
