Hi girls I’m due back to work on Tuesday which will make me 2 weeks po, I’m not in any pain and pretty much back to normal but I do still struggle doing the odd things and have to do everything alot slower and more careful also I get back ache really quickly after standing for a while, I work on a checkout so the standing isn’t so much the problem but I’m just worried i won’t be able to lift/pull heavier items. Should I not go back to work or am I just being silly I don’t want to do any unnecessary damage when I’ve been healing so well? I’ve text my pc for her advise but surprise surprise no reply!!

Ive havent had my BA yet but had 2 babies, if you can take more time off them do it in my opinion. What’s a week in your life but could make such a difference. I’m totally getting in tonnes of box sets and ice cream for my post op. Would hate to waste all that money on not taking it as easy as possible you body has been through a trauma really xxx
