    Hey girls

So basically my family isn’t as supportive as I hoped, they were when they thought I was joking but now I’ve met a surgeon and been accepted for finance they aren’t anymore.

I understand that they feel I don’t need ‘bigger boobs’ but they don’t understand how I feel about them. Also I don’t have any friends to talk to about all this so I keep talking to my boyfriend and think I’m driving him insane haha!

    Any advice?

    Thanks gals xx

Ah Hun it’s horrible isn’t it when your nearest and dearest ain’t supportive! Most of my family are quite supportive but some are being negative I keep getting the whole you should be happy with what you have! But as you said it’s about how you feel what’s important and if you think that having boobs will make you feel better then you just have to do what makes you happy Hun. I know how you feelI’m a 32 A and can’t stand the way I feel.
I really want to have a BA as I think it will change me life. My confidence etc . I’m sure your family will come round when they realise that it’s happening they will have to lol.
There’s always someone on here to talk to Hun I know it’s not the same but it’s something.

Exactly, my family has point blank said she can’t take me to the hospital cause it’s to far away (I live in Wales and going to Fitzroy) so I’ve got to go up on my own then my boyfriend is coming to get me after! I honestly think it will change my life I’m an empty/uneven 34B and hate them! I hope so, I hope they notice how much different I’ll be after my op, I know everyone one on here is so nice thank you so much it means a lot xx

@Sophie i know that feeling, but you’d be fine. You actually do not need anyone, its a kinda path you have to walk alone. I had my ba about 2weeks now, and sincerely, i went on my own, and got back home on my own (with the help of an expensive 1hr taxi of course). But after my op, i felt so much better, and now my husband wants to have a look n talk about it all day….familys do come around later. Give them time and goodluck babes, xxxxx

Hey! I am in the same position as you. Only my boyfriend is being supportive and I have no friends to talk to about it. So you’re not alone. This is why this forum is here. To ask, understand, vent, whatever! Only because we all don’t know each other, doesn’t mean we’re not going to be friendly. Don’t ever feel alone. Add some randoms and rant! No harm in it. It’ll make you feel better.

Aw so sad to read these I’m in a similar position in that I’m not telling many ppl because I know they wouldn’t be supportive. I did a tread last week ” who are you telling?” Scroll down to find it, some lovely advice on there.
Ppl can be so cruel and I’m not addicted to this sight because I feel at home with this xxx

It’s your choice and yours only. Don’t let anyone, family or not, stop you from doing something you know will.make you happy!! One thing i will say hin is make sure you have help post op!
