Been told I need an uplift. Advice needed. Started by: Liz

    I’ve been to see Dr Kazzazzi and he’s advised that I need an uplift as well as the BA. Before I went I told myself that I wouldn’t go through with it if I needed an uplift (was hoping I didn’t need one).
    Now I’m in two minds and don’t know what to do. I really want the best result so trust the surgeons point of view but I’m worried about the scarring. I don’t want to have another reason to be embarrassed about my boobs but feel that the scarring from an uplift is really noticeable.
    Anyone been through similar and had the uplift? What is the scarring like and does it bother you? Is it worth it?

    Hey, I got told back in 2014 that I needed an uplift before I could have implants. I decided to go ahead with it and can barely see the scars now. you could see a different surgeon as you read loads of stories on here where the other surgeon doesn’t think the patient needs one x
