£50 been charged for appointment wasn't aware of!!! Started by: Megan

So I’ve just looked at my bank account and checked and I’ve been charged £50 and my pc told me a while ago my pre op date which is next Wednesday so I called and double checked the time and the lady on the phone told me that I had missed an appointment which I was not aware of but she didn’t no too much, but now I have been charged which I’m really upset about, has anyone had this will I get it back? And I don’t think it’s fair at all :((( already paid so much for my boobs adding a extra 50 quid is not fair !
