@lauren I experienced this too. Couldn’t get in touch with my patient coordinator and no one would answer when I called the clinic. Turns out my pc had left and no one had told me.
The communication from some of the Mya staff isn’t great but I had my BA last week and at the weekend I fainted and was taken into hospital to make sure everything was OK. ( all fine. Just low blood pressure caused me to faint)
Since then I’ve had a Mya nurse calls me 2-3 times a day just to make sure I’m ok. Dr Marcellino call me on his day off with his kids and he gave me his personal mobile number in case I needed anything.
The medical staff are amazing. I think the pc’s are known for not bring great at communication after you have paid but rest assured the you are in good hands with the medical staff and that’s more important.
They definitely won’t have forgotten about you.
