Just had my 1 week post op and my strapping removed. My boobs are HUGE… One is a lot firmer and bigger than the other and the nurse was a little concerned by it.
Has this happened to anyone else?
How long did it take for the swelling to go down?

I would upload pics but my boobs look horrible at the moment…. I’m praying the go back to normal soon.

I also still can’t shower… It’s driving me crazy.

Hi Hun, feel free to add me and have a look at my pics at 9 days my right was unbelievably swollen, I saw the surgeon who said I had inflammation and have to take ibuprofen regularly and questions feel free to ask x x x

Hi Adele, my boobs were swollen at 1 week post op and my nurse recommended using ice packs. So now in the evening’s I have ice packs on for 20 mins and then off for 10 mins. Might be worth you trying that too x

@tracy thanks Hun, you put my mind at ease. I’m going to try ice packs all day to see if it makes a difference. It feels so strange to have one boob so hard and the other soft. it’s hard not to panic over every little thing when all I’m doing is resting ?
Need to calm myself down. ??
