    I’m 11 days post op, when can I start sleeping normally? Completely forgot to ask the nurse today. Also I don’t have a shower only bath, do I really have to shallow bath for another 4 weeks?!

    2 weeks is when you can lie flat. 6 weeks for front or side sleeping.
    i only had a bath but couldn’t cope lol so i just ordered a shower head to get me by! you can’t lay down in a bath for 6 weeks thats what the nurse told me xx

    @lottiecurd I’m 4 weeks post op now, and can’t wait until I can sleep on my side, although I have woken up a couple of times on my side ooops, I was told 6 weeks as well x x x
