My skin in between my boob was stinging a lot last week. The skin was red and quite dry. I went to my GP and she said it should be fine. Just dry and sore because of the swelling and it was common after the swelling went down for skin to be sore and dry.
Not sure if you are experiencing the same thing but would recommend getting it checked if you are worried
