Hi girls, my op is in 9 days and I’m so so excited but I don’t know what size sports bra to get for recovery.. I’m currently a small 32A and I’m having between 250-300cc.. Any suggestions?

probably a 34D/34DD? they say get a back size bigger than you are usually xx

I’m having 390 overs , my surgeon told me to get 34E or 36DD so I’ve got one of each lol I’m currently 34a X

I’ve had 350 and 375 cc from 32b and I’m in a 34e sports bra after op on Thursday

I was a 32a and had 375cc I fitted into a 34d. Did your surgeon say what size he or she thinks you might end up?xx

Thanks girls I bought a 32B which I think isn’t going to be big enough now! ? My surgeon said a B but when I seen my PO she said it would be bigger but surgeons don’t work with cup sizes ? Maybe I’ll get a 34C just to be on the safe side? Xx

Why don’t you get a macom bra, the cups mould to any size so you just need to choose the back size! I’ve been living in mine since my op 5 days ago and it’s super supportive and also comfortable xxc
