Hey girls, had my op today and I am absolutely over the moon, couldn’t be more happier with my experience and its onwards and upwards from here? Had 350cc in the right and 335cc in the left (due to boobs being asymmetry) and had a nipple lift on my left boob. Had my admission time at 2 and went down at 3:45! came around about 5, and left the hospital for 8-9 o’clock. Very swollen at the moment which was expected, felt sick about 2 hours after my op so the nurse gave me a tablet. Staff were so lovely! Had mr Mounir at Preston, currently in a hotel now because I live 2 hours away which I highly recommend! You just never know what could happen. I will be posting some pictures when I’m home, went from a 34A and I’m wearing a 34D sports bra! anyone who has their op soon best of luck, it’ll be over before you know it!!xxx
Ps- not the best photo but will upload a better one when I’m home, it was 2 hours after my op!

they’re looking fab lauren! is that bra from asda? it looks like the one i have but in green and grey. what hotel did you stay in too? i need to book one as my op is in just under 3 weeks but still researching them! xxx
Rosie, I know what you mean with the pain! Yesterday I was just a slight but sore, but today I’m struggling to do a lot, especially moving my arms to do the simplest of things! I’m sure we’ll be okay in a few days 🙂 have you been keeping up with your pain killers? xxx
Hi Helen! Thank you so much can’t wait to see them change 🙂 so swollen at the moment though! I stayed in the ibis Preston hotel, so cheap and literally 3 minutes away from the hospital! Was so convenient! And yes sports bra is from ASDA haha? I have a pink one but that’s a 34C so was too small for the moment lol xxxx
ah that’s good then! ☺️ i cannot wait, seeing everyone’s results are getting me so excited!! got to love a bit of asda, their sports bras are really comfy, got a M&S one too! happy healing, hope your journey home goes okay. are you getting driven home or getting a train/bus? xxx
Honestly you’ll be at the hospital thinking ‘omg this is actually happening’, the day goes so quick too!! I’m so excited for you, good luck! I’ll be keeping an eye out for you to see how you’re doing:) yes ASDA is the one hqha!! dad came with me so he drove me home!!xxxx

and yes, me too. I can’t even scratch my head or tie my hair up. Getting up to go to the toilet too is so hard work. ??. Will be worth it though Hun.. & yes if anything I’m counting down the hours until my next dose. They don’t seem to be helping 🙁 is your chest very tight still? xxx

Tell me about it tried putting my hair in a bun earlier and was in so much agony!!! my mums put my hair in French plaits bless her? Having my next dose of co codamal now, thank god! Very tight, breathing almost seems difficult, just keep thinking it’ll be gone within a week? Hopefully? How you doing?xxx
Aw bless her.. Yeah breathing is difficult for me too. I’m fine when I’m in bed not moving, the v pillow has helped me massively! However when I move my arms or try to sit on the end of the bed/go to the toilet I’m in agony. Lifting up a drink is even hurting my arms. ?? I’m such a wuss! Haha xxx
Oh don’t worry I’m the same!!! At least we’re in the same boat haha!? Might have a nap I’m so exhausted? Same it’s replaced my Facebook lmao xxxx
Hey girls Lauren yours look amazing by the way! I am in agony too today, fine when sitting here but I dread having to move at all ? my hair is still in the same bun it was yesterday ? not even able to brush it. Doing my teeth is hard enough. It’s reassuring to see that everyone is the same though I would have thought something was wrong otherwise. Are your painkillers working for either of you? Mine don’t seem to be doing that much for the pain and I am still napping on and off xx
Enjoy your nap Lauren☺️ and I’m the same Claire, I don’t dare move lol. Glad were all in the same boat, we can get through it together! Do either of you still have the pen on you? Lol, I’ve been in too much pain to get it of but will have to have a wash soon?. I’m scared of rubbing as they’re really tender by just touching them. Any advice?? And no the pain killers don’t seem to be doing much for me Claire either, just keep taking them and napping xxx
Ah girls they’re so painful at the moment, and so sore!! just had my nap and totally regret it as now I feel stiff and can’t really move a lot!!?? I still have some pen on me yes, dread taking it off? and the top of my hand is so bruised from the needle? Just think though girls, we’ll be all healed before you know it!! Pain killers aren’t due until 3 but really want some now:( xxx
Tell me about it? Try having a walk around for 5minutes every now and then, it’s sore at first but seems to help. Xxx

I’m pretty sore to be honest. Had a crap nigjt last night, couldn’t sleep until 330/4. I’m keeping up with pain killers but there not doing much. Hoping today is going to be the last painful day and start to be on the mend tomorrow. How are you? XxxSo glad it’s not just me then! Im still so sore and kept waking up last night it was terrible!! I’m a little better today, swelling is going down but yes I’m hoping tomorrow will be a better day, back to work on Tuesday!! xxx

Lauren is your asda bra a bit tight? I’ve had to switch to this one while I was my Macom but it’s quite tight, I’m worried I might be causing damage by squashing them together? Xxx
Hi Lauren…. quick question for you, iv had a consultation and the surgeon did say I have one slightly bigger than the other but also a nipple a bit bigger and lower lol,but he recommended I just have to BA and then if I am unhappy with the nipple of it makes a big difference to go back under and get it corrected! But now I’m. Doubting his advice as obviously you had yours done in one sitting…. it’s all very confusing ha… hope you don’t mind the add too xx
Mines a bit tight Rosie but I heard tighter the better? I am thinking about going up a size though incase this is bad for swelling etc!!! Had my hair washed too and it feels amazing now haha!!?
Hi Lucy! What surgeon have you been recommended? I had mr Mounir and he was absolutely amazing, he told me to have the nipple correction because he said he knew I would be unhappy and come back! I would rather get it done all at once anyway, so you don’t have to go through the operation again!! Hope everything goes well for you Hun and keep me updated 🙂 xxx
