I only had my op done on Wednesday and I’m one of those people who can’t just sit in the house! It’s so hot outside and I’m so so bored, I remember last time I went out after a couple of days and I made myself poorly so I don’t want to over do it! When did you go out for the first time or start doing things, back to normal again? I think I’m just impaitent but I feel dirty and lazy and I have nobody to talk to! Has anybody gone for a small walk or anything at all this early and been ok?! Thanks 🙂 xxx

I’m in the same boat. I’m bored silly sat at home doing nothing when it’s so warm outside. I had my op on Tuesday. I just feel so icky sweaty and smelly. I’ve had a shower today cause I just couldn’t stand being sweaty and dirty any longer. I feel much better for it and my friend who is a nurse has changed my dressings for me so all is good.

I went for a walk round the block on day 2 but I didn’t go very far before my boobs started to hurt

It is tough the first week. It is boring. Fortunately I have a few friends who have also had boobs jobs and they came to visit me. They understood how much being alone and not moving much drives you crazy.

Hang in there girls! After the first week the time flies by!

My mum just came and picked me up and I went with her to get my daughter from pre school ? Got me out of the house for an hour! Last time I went shopping after 2 days and it killed me I was in so much pain so I’m scared to do anything but I’m going crazy!! I feel dirty and horrible as well 🙁 haven’t washed my hair for 3 days and I’ve got no one to do it for me! Can’t wait until I can drive again ? Xxx
