Anybody who has already had their op, did you actually stop taking the pill? I have my op a week tomorrow and I haven’t stopped taking it because I know I’ll be a mess with periods if I stop it’s a nightmare! I said this to the nurse at my pre op and she didn’t seem happy about it. Just wanna know if any of you didn’t stop taking it?
I was never told to stop taking my pill so it wasn’t an issue ? Some nurses seem to be stricter on this than others but I guess if some allow it it can’t be that dangerous? If it will affect you too badly to come off it I would continue taking it xx
