Had 400/430 ( asymmetry) UHP overs Monday and I feel good considering . Sleeping ripped up can be a pain . Mr Mounir has given me exactly what I asked for knowing they’ll settle and change . My nipples have always faced outwards and personally don’t like them as too low but decided against nipple lift with surgeons advice . My boobs will always have a gap but look much better than before . So happy . Only feeling sore and few twinges no real pain still . I’ll try to attach before pic and 4 days post op ??. Reason for UHP is I’m losing weight so surgeon advised less chance of rippling .
