How upright are you suppose to sleep Started by: hollie

Hi, i was told 45 degrees, i spent my first week sleeping almost sat up! When i went to my 1 week PO appointment i had to lay on the bed so the nurse could examine me and i noticed it wasn’t propped p as far as i though, so i asked if that was the angle we were supposed to sleep at and she said yes. So now i have 3 pillow and i V pillow, im still propped up but no where near as much as before and im way comfier xx

No worries hun. I’m really really good thank you 🙂 16 days PO now and basically back to normal. Still cant believe I’ve had it done!! Ive wanted this for so long. Cant wait till I can go get measured and buy some nice bras and tops. How are you getting on? xx

I had 350cc HP unders. I was really sore the day after and my chest felt like i have bricks on it! Every time i moved I held on to my boobs!. Day 2/3 were quite tough as the drugs and anaesthetic they give you in theatre start to wear off but you are doing the right thing and keeping up to your meds and chilling out. It passes and before you know it you’ll be back to normal .

I am really pleased hun, like I say ive wanted this for years and years. I booked it once before and had to cancel because I couldn’t afford it so im soooo happy ive finally done it! They haven’t dropped at all yet so they look a bit high at the moment but im really happy with the size as I feel it suits my frame (although I have wished id gone a little bigger a few times) Are you happy? xx
