Having my op on 20th June and flying out to Greece for my wedding just under 9 weeks later!! Will I be fully recovered by this point, my pc said I will be fine but just wondered if any other girls have flown in such short time?
my nurse said it was 3 weeks for short haul and 6 weeks for long haul so you should be fine ? greece is around 2/3 hours isn’t it? you should be pretty much fully healed and back to normal by the time you go out but you need to be careful with the sun and your incisions xx
Hi Helen, it’s 4 hours to Greece so she said it was still short haul, I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be in any pain still ☺️
And thankyou, I can’t wait to have boobs in my dress as I currently look like an ironing board haha!

what size and profile did you go for? ahh 4 hours isn’t too bad ? it seemed like less time when i went to zante 5 years ago haha you’ll be all healed and pain free before you know it! i am 18 days PO and only pain i get now is at work when I am busy and running round or sleeping awkwardly xx
I hate flying it feels like I’ve been on the place for 24 hours not 4 haha. I haven’t really decided yet as my surgeon consultation is on Thursday, but I was thinking 350cc hp. I really don’t know which size as when I’ve looked through other people’s, they have same size but look totally different! What did you go for? And what was you before? I’m just scared about the pain as I’ve got a 6 year old and 3 year old twins that love cuddles but are very boisterous lol xx
