    Hi girls,
    I’m just wondering what would be best for preparing my boobies for the trauma they will experience in 42 days!
    I was using Bio oil up until 2 days ago, I am now using this Palmer cocoa butter stretch mark cream as I was told that would be better for my pre op and Bio oil for post op.
    Any advice/tips would be great 🙂 Thanks xx

    42 days… You’re having your op the day before me 😀 I’ve even got an app counting down the days haha.

    I’ve not started on the bio oil but I have bought some arnica capsules, they’re meant to help with muscle healing and bruising 🙂

    @janelle it’s normal to stress hun but you’ve got to think how amazing your boobies will look once they’re done! Xx

    @foxhound89
    how exciting! I’ve got a countdown app too haha and check it everyday even though I know how long is left. Who’s your surgeon with? You’re the first person I’ve seen with an op day close to mine! I was going to start taking Arnica capsules but wasn’t sure it is was too early yet xx

    @sarahhhh
    I would suggest using something with vitamin E in like a cream hun, twice a day xx

    I’ve just realised you posted this yesterday, my op is actually the 15th 🙂 my surgeon is Dr Prashant Govilkar @ Fawkham Manor in Kent, I’ve not seen many people who have had surgery with him but I’m pretty happy with my choice! I’ve gone through Mybreast, to be honest the admin has been terrible from the start (I was charged £500 for my consultation instead of £25, then a multitude of email mix ups and crappy communication) but I have every confidence in Mr Govilkar despite the initial impressions of the company lol.

    Ah I haven’t taken any arnica yet, I’ve just started to collect things in preparation – I’m so bloody excited 😀 I considered this for years, it doesn’t feel like it’s actually happening!

    @foxhound89 well not long after mine them! Only another 3 days 🙂
    If you feel confident with him then that’s all that matters, it isn’t good that the company you went with mucked that up though! Is it all sorted now?
    Ive started my preparations as well, isn’t it exciting! Where did you get your Arnica from? I can only find the cream. Well at least you’re finally getting it done! I feel the same as you, even though I talk about it and I’m getting everything ready ect it still doesn’t seem real. A lovely and exciting feeling atm xx

    What implants are you going for? I’ve been recommend 270-300cc rounds (under the muscle) but since coming home from the first consultation I did a load of research and I just think I’d like to go a little larger, so I’m going back for a second consultation 6 days before my op. Though speaking to my PA, they said because of my tiny frame I might not be able to go any bigger 🙁

    I got my arnica from Amazon, it’s Nelsons Arnicare but you can get them from Boots and they’re currently in the 3 for 2 🙂

    @foxhound89 I’ve been offered anything from 300-425cc and I’m going for the biggest 425cc which will be HP over the muscle 🙂 nervous to go so big due to complications that could occur but I know I’ll only regret it if I don’t.
    If you feel you’d like bigger just really push it when you next go for your consultation but whatever they offer you, your results will be amazing!
    Thanks hun, I shall have a look tomorrow x

    Exactly, it’s better to think they were a little too big rather than a little too small 🙂 I hope you keep us updated, I won’t be far behind!

    I don’t want to push too hard as obviously there’s limits to what my body could take, the surgeons the expert after all, but when I was breastfeeding my boobs went up from a 30c to a 30e so I know I have plenty of skin to fill haha

    @foxhound89 well I told my surgeon I want to look a DD and he just offered the sizes he did, so naturally I went with the biggest size he offered although he did tell me the bigger I go the more chance of complications but I think he has to warn me of course. I’ll be happy to just have boobs tbh!
    I live on the forum so you’ll be seeing plenty of posts from me after the op, hope to see posts from you as our surgery dates are so close 🙂
    Just go with what size feels right with you hun, I’m sure your surgeon won’t leave you disappointed x
