    What happens in my 1 week post opp appt? I have a breast compression band on will this be taken off now? Can I shower and sleep flat now? And lift and raise my arms? X

    My post op is Wednesday I’ve got the band on aswell, called the nurse today as my left breast is giving me pain, asked about the band she said dr. Mounir doesn’t take it off till the 4 weeks mark. So I’ll have to keep mine on for another 3 weeks, hate it ? Xx

    Normally you have to wear the band for 4 to 6 weeks at ur week post opp appointment they usually clean ur incisions and put a new plaster over x

    @clairelh yours look great, when did you have yours done? I’m getting this Terrible pain on the side of my left breast, it can be unbearable when getting up, out of bed, doing anything, and I’m not even left handed. Going back to work Monday, hopefully will be feeling better by then. ☺️

    @amina787 thanks Hun I had them done last year my profile picture is 350cc I have just had to have a re opp so went abit bigger to 400 uhp the sharp pains are all normal I had a pain in my left right up to 8weeka then it started to go x

    @clairelh I’ve only been able to go up to 430cc partials, let’s see how they turn out, been hearing the gurgling noises in my righty more than the left. Time is healing. Xx
