    Hello,
    I just wondered if I need my ID when attending the consultation with the surgeon today – obviously I provided it when I went to the initial consultation with the PC and they took a photo – I’ve left it at home and am going straight to MYA from Work, so cant even go back and get it??

    No i’ve had 2 surgeon consultations and they havn’t asked for any ID xx
