Your surgeon will help you decide what is best for your frame. I left the surgeon entirely in control of the size of mine and I couldn’t be happier. I’m 5ft 4″ , 9st 4 but wore a 28D/DD which is around the same cup size as a 34A/B. I’ve had kids so needed ‘filling up’ as I’d been a 28G when breastfeeding. He said 385cc fascial unders would be great for me as I was borderline needing an uplift (didn’t have one, just went for bigger implants to ‘fill me up’). I’ve just bought a sports bra and am now a 30G (roughly same cup size as a 34E) but am yet to ‘drop and fluff’ so will potentially get bigger yet.
