I am 2 weeks PO 2moz and had 300cc under the muscle. I prepared myself for immense pain after my op and experienced nothing of the sort. I have a high pain threshold but didn’t want to think they and end up lulling myself into a false sense of security so prepared for the pain of unders. I was a day case so out the same day and the next day I was out and about. Don’t get me wrong I experienced discomfort and I didn’t have full range or use of my arms obvs but it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. So I wanted to write this post for those getting unders to express tbat it’s not all bad and there is light at the end of the tunnel for us unders girls !! Xx

I was exactly the same! I was kind of like “is that it” ? Barely had help doing anything even though I was still being careful..

I was totally the same I had 375 hp unders and was expecting to not be able to move my arms for a week haha! I had no pain atall xxx

I feel like such a wimp reading this ? I am 14 days po today had 300 unders and I am still in pain now ? I was in immense pain when came round and so uncomfortable , I stupidly thought that because I’ve had 3 kids this would be a walk in the park , and I’ve read so many people saying no pain just tight feeling that’s all I prepared myself for , I had zero breast before and work out a lot so I don’t no whether that made it worse or not , today has been my best day by far and I’m starting to see the light ?

Hi girls I’m 22 days p o tomorrow and while my recovery so far hasn’t been completely pain free I think it’s kind of been how I expected. The pain that I’ve had seems to have been in what I can only describe as in phases mainly in the beginning I’m not really getting pain as such now although being back at work this week has made me sleepy but I’ve no doubt it’s just a case of getting back into the swing of things lol ????X

I think everyone’s completely different, I found the pain sooooo much more than I ever imagined. It’s definitely to do with each individual and their body! Xx
