Hi girls! Just thought I would write about my experience yesterday with Dr Mounir at Preston first trust hospital. Admission time was 11am, but we got there 1 hour early as traffic wasn’t too bad travelling up from Liverpool. Within 5 minutes of getting there the nurse came and got me and took me to my room to get gowned up. After all my obs (temp, bloody pressure, urine sample etc) Dr Mounir came in to draw on me and advised me that he would come and get me in about an hour. After debating between 375cc and 400cc, I went for 375cc unders, and so far I absoluetly love them. I ended up going down to theatre about 1.00pm, it all happened so quick and before I new it I was awake. I did not suffer from any sickness at all, just a lot of pain as I didn’t have any painkillers straight away. I got back to my room and they gave me a drink, a sandwich and then some painkillers. I was discharged at 6.30pm and home by 8pm! Was a really long day but so worth it. Literally Can’t wait for the drop and fluff stage, I will post some photos of my progress, there still very coney and hard at the moment! Any questions feel free to ask! Xxx
Trying to upload a picture but it’s saying the files too big ???? Can anyone help?! Xxx
I’m having my op with Mr Mounir on 7/11/16 and I’m so happy you posted this as i haven’t seen many other people comment on his work. What size were you to start with? as I’m debating 350cc or 375cc and cant make my mind up. xx
He has been so good cannot fault him at you! He offered me 350, 375 and 400 and I was so Umming and arring between 375 and 400! Love the size of my boobs so far but do wish I would of went for 400 so maybe go for the 375. I started off with 32A and not in wearing a 34E sports bra, hoping to be 34DD eventually. Are you going over or under? Xxxx
Sorry that didn’t make much sense I’ve had a lot of pain killers haha xx
Hi Natalie, was great to read your post, it has put my mind at rest a little, I’m having Mr Mounir on 3rd October and I haven’t seen many reviews of him on here unlike other surgeons. Good luck with your recovery xx
Hi Helen, I was a bit like you and hadn’t seen a lot about him but he is great and I could not fault him. Any ideas on what size your wanting to go? I’m trying to upload pictures but it’s not letting me! Xxx
Hi Natalie! I have requested to add you, hope you don’t mind! I’m having either 325 or 350 unders and I’m worried they’ll be too big! What height are you, if you don’t mind me asking?
They look great btw! X
Hi kay! I’ll accept you now. I’m 5ft4 and I think they suit my frame quite well, I’m kinda kicking myself for not going 400cc. What’s your stats? Definatly go the 350cc as I don’t think you will be dissapointed xxx
I’m currently a 34b and don’t want to be bigger than a D or DD most !! I can’t decide I wish I could picture what they’ll look like !
Hey Natalie, I’m so glad you posted this. I’m too booked in with me Mounir on the 14th of November and have hardly seen any posts about him. Hope your well xx
Thanks Emma, the first 2 days are quite tough but after that it gets a lot easier, only on paracetamol and ibrufen now! Any questions please feel free to ask xxx
Looking fab hun and really suit your frame. I’m having 350 overs. Feeling so scared now!! xx
Honestly don’t be scared, it’s over in no time! I felt like I went asleep for 5 minutes. The pain isn’t as bad as what I thought it was going to be. Good luck Hun! Xxx
Hi Natalie. They look absolutely gorgeous 🙂
I am having mine done on 21.11 in Preston with Dr.Mounir too. 400cc unders 🙂
So excited and nervous now.
Trying to sort what to take with me to hospital. What did you have with you? And did you get Macom bra as well or only sports bras?
Was talking about that with dr. and he said that it doesnt really matter, at the end of the day you are going to throw it away after 6 weeks and not worth to spend that much on macom…
what do you think?
A bit confused about all as I’ve been reading too much i think haha
Hi girls, I was sent a link by my pc with posts from my surgeon (Dr Traynor) but I’ve found the list of them on here, hopefully it will work and you can have a look at the different surgeons work x

Hey, so sorry for late reply! I bought an m&s high impact sports bra and two other cheap ones with zips at the front! I didn’t hear good things about he macoms as its difficult finding the right size, I think asking as it has a zip up front and has good support you’ll be fine! I was a day case and packed, phone charger, zip up top, sports bras, wet wipes, hair bobble, bottle of water(for way home) and that was it I think! Xxxx
