0phi sbear :bigsmile: yeah, i’m soooo excited but absolutely babbing my pants! lol.
i’m an overnight stay too & i thought my admission time would be PM, but nope, i have to be there at 9am! :surprised: so it’s gonna be a loooong day/night! i got my admission time on monday.
aww, thanks babe! :bigsmile: i’m having 410cc overs. i’m currently a small 36b and my surgeon said i should be at least a d cup. what about you? xxx

I am recovering fine i think, a bit of pain every now and then, but no more than expected, get my bandages and tape off tomorrow so i will actually be able to see them.
I have already had my dress for year and a half, but your right they are going to look wicked snuggled in there. x x xalex24

I am actually 5 days post op and im having my bandages removed tomorrow, so exciting. I was a 34a/b after losing 2 stone in weight ready for my wedding next year, i had 410cc unders, hoping to be a d/dd. If i were you i would go for the 340cc as you will get use to them in no time and wish you had gone bigger if you were to go for the 300cc.
I know its easy for me to say now cos i have had mine done and that nerves can not be controlled, but you honestly do not have anything to worry about, you may not believe this but there was no pain, just slight discomfort x x x
Let me know how you get on Monday and what decision you make

yeah, exactly. less time to fret! lol. i can’t believe this time tomorrow i’ll be at the hospital!…may of even had it done!! aarrgghh! :crazy: haha.
i actually have packed nothing! i’m rubbish aren’t i? lol. i’ve made a list of things i need to do tonight though & what i need to pack for tomorrow so that i don’t forget anything! xxx

What are you having Alex24?I have had a phonecall from the nurse and got my pre op on Monday.
Oh god, i thought i would be def going in PM! I guess it will just mean i have to leave super early if my admisson time is in the am. I think i would prefer that anyway, less time to be nervous!!Bex, its tomorrow….you all packed!!

0pi had my pre op on oct 6th but my op isnt till 18th dec think has to be within 10 weeks of opx

I had to stop taking my pill 2 weeks before my op, im sure there is something in the pill that thins your blood. What size are you and what you having. x x x

Thanks, great help! Oh gos, i hope i wont have to wait until i get a period until i start taking it, last time i stopped taking the pill, i didnt have one for about 6 months, it was crazy!!How long ago did you have your admisson time? I will be travelling from Cardiff to London, so want to know if i need to stay in hotel night befor if my admisson time is early. But as i am an overnight stay, i may not be in till the afternoon??!

0phi sbear! :bigsmile: my op is on friday and i went for my pre op just over 3 weeks ago. they told me to stop taking my pill that weekend – so 3 weeks before my op, and i can start taking it again after i’ve had a period after my op. hope this helps! 🙂 xxx

Thanks for that. I have my pre op on Monday so i will see what they say. I was wondering why they tell you to stop, i thought it was something to do with hormones, didnt think of DVT.

0pHi SBear, i was advised to stop it 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after, some girls are told different, its all down to the surgeon really…i stopped mine a week before, when it ran out anyway and started taking in 2 days after. I ony take it to help my periods otherwise i would bleed alot, i have terrible problems with my periods, dont think it can do any harm, its all down to dvt (deep vein thrombosis) but its very rare…x x

My op is on 10th Nov so i guess it could be at any time between now and then!
Also, does anyone know iof you have to stop taking the pill, i have heard some are told to stop taking it and others arent!Good Luck Melissa, and Wensy, i hpe your recovering well!

0pYep, same with me, But I had my pre-op assessment 5 weeks before my op date! Which I thought was very early! But the weeks flew by though!!
